Eligibility

Consortia must include at least three entities from different EU member states. Budget up to €3M. Technical approach must be innovative and scalable.

Path to Success

Phase 1: Form a consortium with AI and humanitarian partners, define use cases for AI-driven M&E. Phase 2: Integrate GSLI’s 'Data Privacy and Protection' and 'Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning' courses to ensure ethical frameworks and robust M&E design. Phase 3: Pilot AI tools in humanitarian settings, with capacity building via 'Leadership, governance and accountability for the humanitarian sector'. Phase 4: Scale and disseminate findings through policy briefs and training. GSLI courses provide the critical governance and ethical foundations required by the EU.
