EU Horizon Europe Cluster 1: Health Resilience in Humanitarian Crises (HORIZON-HLTH-2026-CRISIS-01)

Eligibility
Minimum three independent legal entities from three different EU/associated countries; all partners must have a PIC number; previous Horizon project experience is a plus. Compliance with Horizon Europe's ethics and gender equality requirements.
Path to Success
Phase 1: Form a balanced consortium and identify project manager. Enroll key staff in GSLI's 'Health in complex humanitarian emergencies' and 'Humanitarian response to conflict and disaster' to align proposal language with EU frameworks (4 weeks). Phase 2: Develop a comprehensive data management and M&E plan via GSLI's 'Data Privacy and Protection' and 'Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning' to meet Horizon's open data and ethics standards (6 weeks). Phase 3: Craft the impact section using GSLI's 'Writing Winning Proposals' and address sustainability through 'Grants Management Training Workshop' (4 weeks). Phase 4: Submit with consortium agreement and pre-bid Q&A.
