Phase 2: Financial Management for Local Governments – 'Financial Management for NGOs' module tailored to public sector budgeting. Phase 3: Participatory Planning & MEAL – 'Project Planning and Management' and 'Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning' courses enable community-driven monitoring. Phase 4: Fundraising for Urban Resilience – 'Fundraising & Resource Mobilization For NGOs Training Workshop' helps sustain initiatives beyond grant period. GSLI courses build the multi-sectoral expertise needed to win and implement urban resilience grants.
