UNICEF Global WASH Cluster Coordination and Capacity Building Support 2026-2028
UNICEF seeks a strategic partner to provide global-level leadership, coordination, and capacity building for the WASH Cluster under the humanitarian cluster system. The opportunity focuses on strengthening national and local WASH coordination platforms, developing capacity building tools and trainings, and enhancing accountability, monitoring, and learning in WASH humanitarian response. The partner will support the Humanitarian Programme Cycle (HPC) alignment, integrate cross-cutting issues like GBV, disability, and climate adaptation, and ensure WASH responses are evidence-based and coordinated. GSLI's expertise in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL), Project Planning and Management, and WASH training positions it as an ideal capacity-building partner to deliver this large-scale global mandate.
