Applicants must have experience in health systems strengthening, past USAID awards, proven financial management systems, and ability to partner with local entities.

Path to Success

Phase 1 (Month 1-3): Strategic assessment and stakeholder mapping, using GSLI's Health in Complex Humanitarian Emergencies course to understand context. Phase 2 (Month 4-9): Deliver cascading training in Financial Management for NGOs and Grants Management to sub-grantees. Phase 3 (Month 10-12): Implement MEAL framework using GSLI's Monitoring & Evaluation course for accountability. Phase 4 (Year 2): Scale and sustain via leadership and governance training. GSLI's health and financial courses equip partners to manage complex USAID awards with fiscal integrity.
