Eligibility

Enroll technical leads in GSLI's 'Water, Sanitation, Hygiene Training Workshop' and 'Project Planning and Management' to design a context-specific intervention (4 weeks). Phase 2: Build a robust MEAL framework using GSLI's 'Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning' to demonstrate results-based management (4 weeks). Phase 3: Strengthen public financial management through GSLI's 'Financial Management for NGOs' (adaptable for public sector) and 'Grants Management Training Workshop' to meet WB fiduciary standards (4 weeks). Phase 4: Finalize proposal with a sustainability and scaling plan, integrating GSLI's 'Leadership, governance and accountability for the humanitarian sector' training for local governance.
